• JC GOLF: Wicks leads young Chaps team into national tourney

MIDLAND, TEXAS - During last year’s NJCAA National Golf Tournament in Burlington, Iowa, Wicks was on cusp of winning an individual national championship, but lost out on a one-hole playoff.

This year, Wicks hopes to finish what he started as well as help the Midland College golf team in its quest of its fifth national championship at the NJCAA Division I Men’s Golf Championship Tournament and Sand Creek Station in Newton, Kansas. The four-round tournament begins today ...
