April newsletter from MC Fitness Center

Hot off the virtual presses ... the April edition of the MC Fitness Center Newsletter is now available. April is National Stress Awareness Month, and the newsletter has ideas on reducing stress, including Distress Workouts at the center ... with the first ten respondents getting a prize!
